White dominant, alpine green above. The 740 mixes nylon, suede and leather on one upper, over a midsole in two blocks. Green takes the N and the overlays, which makes the layering easy to read. Encap cushioning at the heel, firm rather than soft. A less common model than the 990 or the 550.
