01 Despatch
Your order leaves our warehouse within 72 working hours. Every pair is checked one last time before it goes into the carton. Then allow 4 to 7 working days in transit for mainland France.

€4.90 all in, and from €75 in the basket delivery is on us — in France as anywhere else in Europe and in Great Britain. For Belgium, allow 5 to 8 working days after despatch; 6 to 9 for the rest of the Union and Great Britain. Those figures follow the times Colissimo publishes, with the same margin we allow ourselves in France.
Great Britain: what customs may ask for
Under £135 of goods (delivery charges excluded), you pay the price shown and nothing else, as UK tax is already included. Above £135, customs asks for duty and import VAT when the parcel is delivered, and sets that amount itself. Two pairs is often enough to cross the threshold.
Northern Ireland is not served: its customs regime differs from that of Great Britain and we do not handle it yet.
03 Tracking
As soon as the carrier takes your parcel, you receive the tracking number by email.
04 Changing your mind
You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, with no reason to give. The pair must come back unworn outdoors, in its original box. Trying them on at home as you would in a shop, yes. Running a half marathon in them, no.

- Full refund within 14 days of receipt or of proof of postage, to your original means of payment.
The online withdrawal form
Standard return costs remain yours to pay. The model form and the contractual detail are in the terms of sale, article 8.
05 Exchanging your size
Wrong size, it happens. The first size exchange is free: write to us within 14 days at [email protected] with your order number and the size you want, we hold it for you if it is in stock, and we arrange the exchange at no extra cost.
First size exchange free. That is our own promise on top of your statutory 14 days, never in place of them.
06 A problem with your pair
Damaged parcel, a fault you have spotted, a doubt about anything at all: write to us with photographs and we deal with it first. And for 2 years, the legal guarantee of conformity covers you: repair, replacement or refund, at no cost.
