These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on destocksports.com. They are written to be read: each article comes with an “In plain English” box that sums up the essentials without jargon. If in doubt, the wording of the article is what counts.
This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The French version of these terms is the one that applies, and where the two differ the French text prevails. The two grey boxes below reproduce wording set out in French statute, and their French wording is the binding one.
01 What these terms cover
These terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of products concluded on destocksports.com between the seller identified in article 2 and any consumer customer. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms, which are presented to the customer before the order is confirmed. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of the order, dated at the top of this page.
This is the contract between you and us when you order. The version that counts is the one shown on the day you order.
02 Who sells
destocksports.com is published and operated by SARL DESTOCKSPORTS, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 392 486 486, whose registered office is at 84 Rue de Villiers, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France, intra-Community VAT number FR41 392 486 486.
Contact: [email protected].
destocksports is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the brands it sells. The brands named on the site belong to their respective owners.
03 The products
destocksports sells clearance sneakers and sports accessories from major brands, sourced exclusively from suppliers within the European Economic Area (EEA), with traceability documented batch by batch. Every pair is checked individually before it is sent out.
The products are new. Where a product has a particular feature to note, a damaged original box for instance, this is stated on the product page before purchase. The photographs on the product pages show the products actually held in stock.
Offers are valid while stocks last, and stock is shown in real time by size on each product page.
New, genuine, sourced in Europe with the paperwork to prove it. If a box is dented, we tell you before you pay, not after.
04 Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges, which are displayed before the order is confirmed.
The value added tax applied is that of the country of delivery. The tax-inclusive amount may therefore differ from the price shown while browsing once the destination has been entered: the firm and final price is the one in the order summary, before confirmation and payment.
Where a struck-through price accompanies the selling price, it corresponds to a reference price genuinely observed for that product and recorded on the date it went on sale. destocksports uses no artificial reference prices.
The price invoiced is the one displayed at the moment the order is confirmed.
The struck-through price is not invented to inflate the discount. It is a price we genuinely observed and can account for.
05 Placing an order
An order goes through four steps: adding products to the basket, checking the summary (products, sizes, prices, delivery charges), entering the delivery details, then payment. The order is final only once payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email setting out the whole order is sent to the address given. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order on legitimate grounds, in particular an earlier dispute or a suspicion of fraud.
No account is required in order to place an order.
06 Payment
Payment is made online by bank card through a secure payment provider, with strong authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure). Card data is handled directly by the payment provider: it never passes through the servers of destocksports and is never held there.
The payment methods accepted are shown on the payment page. The order is charged when it is confirmed.
Your card number never reaches us. It goes straight to the payment provider, with the second check from your bank.
07 Delivery
Areas served
Orders are delivered in mainland France, Corsica included, in the following twenty-six other European Union member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, and in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
No delivery is offered to the French overseas departments and territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna), nor to Northern Ireland, whose customs regime differs from that of Great Britain, nor to any destination other than those listed above. An order whose delivery address falls outside the areas served cannot be confirmed: no delivery method is then offered at the payment stage.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are €4.90 including tax, whatever the destination served. They are waived from €75 of purchases, whatever the destination served.
Timescales
Orders are despatched within 72 working hours. Delivery then takes 4 to 7 working days from despatch for mainland France. For Belgium that period is 5 to 8 working days, and 6 to 9 working days for the twenty-five other member states as well as for Great Britain. Those periods are indicative; in accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place in any event no later than thirty days after the contract is concluded.
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the carrier takes charge of the parcel.
Prices and value added tax
Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes. The amount displayed may vary with the destination chosen, since the applicable tax is not the same in every territory served. The firm and final tax-inclusive price is the one presented in the order summary before confirmation and payment.
Great Britain: import VAT and duty
For a delivery to Great Britain, the price shown includes UK value added tax at 20 %, which destocksports collects and accounts for. No further sum is asked of the customer where the value of the goods in the order, excluding delivery charges, does not exceed £135.
Above £135, UK rules apply customs duty and import VAT, collected when the goods enter the country. Those sums are owed by the recipient and are asked for by the carrier before the parcel is handed over. The amount depends on the nature of the product and on its origin, and is not known to destocksports at the time of the order.
Under £135 of goods, you pay the price shown and nothing else. Above it, UK customs asks for duty and tax when the parcel is delivered, and customs alone sets that amount, not us. Two pairs is often enough to cross the threshold.
Receiving the parcel
Risk transfers when the parcel is physically handed to the customer. Any parcel received damaged must be reported to [email protected] as soon as possible, with photographs.
Practical details are on the Delivery and returns page.
08 The right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the last product in the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Withdrawal may be exercised by any means, in particular:
- directly online through the withdrawal form on the site (the online withdrawal facility required by the rules in force since 19 June 2026);
- by email to [email protected];
- using the model withdrawal form reproduced in the annex.
The product must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal being notified, unworn (tried on indoors is fine, as it would be in a shop), in its original box. Standard return costs are borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise on the Delivery and returns page.
The full refund (product and standard outbound delivery charges) is made within 14 days of the product being recovered or of proof that the return was sent, using the same means of payment as the one used to pay.
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, with no reason to give. You can try the pair on at home as you would in a shop. One click or one email is enough to withdraw.
09 Size exchange
Separately from the right of withdrawal, destocksports offers the first size exchange free: if the size does not suit, an exchange for another size of the same model is offered at no extra cost, while stocks last and within 14 days of delivery. Requests go to [email protected].
Wrong size, we exchange it. The first exchange is free. That is our own promise, on top of your legal rights, never in place of them.
10 Legal guarantees
All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). These guarantees apply independently of any commercial guarantee.
A consumer resident in Great Britain has the equivalent rights provided by UK consumer law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015: the right to repair, replacement or refund of goods that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality. The box below reproduces the text of French law, which applies to consumers resident in France.
The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the application of the legal guarantee of conformity should a lack of conformity appear. During that period, the consumer is required to establish only the existence of the lack of conformity, and not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity gives the consumer the right to repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to the consumer.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer asks for the goods to be repaired but the seller insists on replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date on which the goods are replaced.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price and keep the goods, or end the contract and be refunded in full against return of the goods, if: 1° the trader refuses to repair or replace the goods; 2° the repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days; 3° the repair or replacement of the goods causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer definitively bears the cost of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or where the consumer bears the cost of installing the repaired or replacement goods; 4° the goods remain non-conforming despite an unsuccessful attempt by the seller to bring them into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a reduction in the price of the goods or to rescission of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that an immediate price reduction or rescission of the contract is justified. In that case the consumer is not required to ask for the goods to be repaired or replaced first.
The consumer is not entitled to rescission of the sale where the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are out of use pending repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until the repaired goods are delivered.
The rights set out above arise from the application of articles L217-1 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs in bad faith the application of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be raised to 10 % of average annual turnover (article L241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. That guarantee gives the right to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund against return of the goods.
On top of our own promises, the law covers you for 2 years if the product is faulty. Repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.
11 Personal data
The data collected when an order is placed is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which sets out the purposes, retention periods and customer rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction).
12 Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of a dispute that has not been resolved by a prior written complaint to customer service.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer resident in another European Union member state nevertheless retains the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, in accordance with article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, known as “Rome I”. They may also bring the dispute before the courts of their country of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
A consumer resident in Great Britain likewise retains the benefit of the mandatory provisions of UK consumer law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: article 6 of the “Rome I” Regulation applies whatever the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, including through the mediation provided for in article 12.
Should any clause of these terms be declared void, the other clauses remain fully applicable.
