This page says what is stored in your browser, by whom, for how long, and what you can refuse.
This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The French version of this page is the one that applies, and where the two differ the French text prevails.
01 Where we stand
destocksports.com uses no advertising cookies, sells no data and does no profiling. What gets stored falls into three families only: what makes the shop work, what secures payment, and a single optional tracker. That last one measures where your visit came from, and tells us whether you arrived from a search engine or somewhere else.
That one tracker requires your agreement, and it is not stored until you have answered: for as long as no choice is recorded, the script that would place it is not even served by the server. A banner asks you the question on your first visit.
Two buttons, each as easy as the other. Refusing changes nothing about your order, and nothing is sent before you have chosen.
02 The cookies we use
Necessary to run the shop: no consent required
| Cookie | Role | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| woocommerce_cart_hash | Detects changes to the basket | Session |
| woocommerce_items_in_cart | Counts the items in the basket | Session |
| wp_woocommerce_session_* | Links your browser to your order session | 2 days |
| ds_consent | Remembers your answer on trackers, so you are not asked again | 6 months |
Origin measurement: stored only if you agree
Seven cookies placed by WooCommerce’s origin-measurement component (Sourcebuster), hosted on our own domain. They record where your visit came from (search engine, link, campaign) and nothing else. None of them is stored if you refuse, or if you do not answer.
| Cookie | Role | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| sbjs_first, sbjs_first_add | Origin of your very first visit | Session |
| sbjs_current, sbjs_current_add | Origin of your current visit | Session |
| sbjs_session | Counts the pages viewed during the visit | 30 minutes |
| sbjs_udata | Technical characteristics of the browser | Session |
| sbjs_migrations | Internal version handling | Session |
Payment and fraud prevention: on the payment pages only
Placed by our providers when you reach the basket, the checkout, or a product page offering express payment. They secure the transaction and spot attempted fraud; without them, payment cannot work.
| Cookie | Placed by | Role |
|---|---|---|
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid, m | Stripe | Securing card payment |
| __ssid | Sift | Detecting fraud at the order stage |
| __cf_bm, __cflb, hmt_id | hCaptcha | Anti-robot checks on payment methods |
03 Your choice, and how to change it
On your first visit, the banner offers you two buttons of the same size: Refuse all and Accept all. You can also ignore it and carry on browsing. In that case, nothing is stored either.
Your answer is kept for six months. To change it at any time, the “Cookies and trackers” link at the foot of every page reopens the question.
Refusing takes one click, exactly like accepting. And it removes no feature: your basket, your order and your delivery work the same.
04 If this ever changes
Until 18 August 2026 this page carried the following undertaking: if cookies requiring consent were ever to appear, a banner would be put in place before anything was stored, and this page would be updated. That is exactly what has just happened, and the undertaking stands for what follows: no tracker requiring consent will be stored before you agree, and any addition will be declared here with a new version date.
If you have a doubt about a cookie you have seen go past, tell us. Write to [email protected] and a person will answer you within 24 working hours.
