A smaller N changes everything. The 550 is a 1989 basketball shoe New Balance had dropped before Aimé Leon Dore brought it back in 2020.
The Mini Logo version shrinks the N on the sides, which shifts the visual balance a long way.
New Spruce is a deep green over a pale base. Perforated leather, low cut, thin sole.
