What it is, and who it is for
Harris Tweed is woven by hand in the Outer Hebrides. A British law of 1993 protects the name, and forbids using it for a cloth made anywhere else.
It dresses the side panels here in a black and white marl, the rest of the upper staying in leather. Tweed is kept with a dry brush.
