What it is, and who it is for
A matt greyed green covers the nylon and the suede. No marked contrast anywhere. The SL 72 was a 1972 racer, which its thin gum sole and its heel jutting out behind still show. Flat sole, no modern cushioning: a town sneaker, not a running shoe.
