The trousers complete the jacket in the same colourway and repeat the embroidered rose high on the thigh. Worn alone they work as a pale summer bottom, provided you accept that a white like this marks fast where you sit. An elastic draws in the ankles.
The fabric dries fast after washing and needs no ironing. A cold programme limits the white greying over the months. The two white pieces in the series come out in smaller numbers than the dark versions. The embroidered rose is the only figurative motif on an otherwise plain bottom.
